Holders of the Masters Certificate in EAP CIR are being recognized for their dedication to providing crisis intervention services in full support of Employee Assistance Program's mission.  This certificate verifies a commitment towards education, experience and peer recommendation.

Masters Certificate in EAP CIR professionals have met the following criteria:

1. CEAP and/or EAS-C Certificate; Other approved EAP training program

2. Completed training courses:

   1. EAP CIR A Multi-Systemic Resiliency Approach

   2. Ethical EAP CIR

Plus 2 elective courses:

1. Building Organizational Resilience- A Pre-Incident Training

2. Restoring Normalcy- A Post Incident Training

3. Psychological First Aid
