THE INCLUSIVE EDITION

EAP CIR: Multi-Systemic Resiliency Approach
What is the Inclusive Edition?
I haven't been doing this just by myself! Over the past decade, many EAP professionals have been trained in MSRA. Now its your turn. I want to hear and include the stories, experiences, anecdotes from those who have been trained in MSRA during this past decade to shine a light on the mosaic quality of EAP CIR. That while there are important workflows and foundational pillars in MSRA, it also offers the flexibility to integrate within the uniqueness of EAP delivery. I want to add your experiences to this new edition.
What kind of experiences?
Anecdotes to highlight content, workflows, creativity, crisis intervention principles, clarity in intervention selection, outcomes, populations, virtual use, cultural integration, provider attributes, self-care, vendor integration, etc. I’d like participants, in general, to recall some of their inspirational CIR experiences that have had some profound impact on themselves, for better or worse. What can you share with the rest of us, that we need to know when doing this work. No experience is insignificant.
If you are interested in getting your experiences published and getting some recognition for the work you do within the EAP community, send them in. Those selected, and I hope to select many, will receive professional visibility and a free, published book as a thank you.
