EAP CIR MRA Verification Badges
We work hard. We take risks with our own health and we offer life stabilizing resources. We also take great pride in what we do. It is disturbing to see it poorly done, or not done at all. We know that everyone called to a crisis at the workplace tries their very hardest. Compassion is not missing. Compassion is not what it all takes. The right training and credentials are required. These badges verify that. There are lots of variables and nuance that can occur when responding to a workplace death, shooting, natural disaster. Things can and will go sideways if not anticipated, planned for, communicated and conducted within the boundaries of crisis intervention and the mission of EAP. When you complete training in MRA, you will now earn the appropriate badge in addition to your Certificate of Specialized Training. Place it on your website, LinkedIn bio, or any digital platform where EAPs can find you and if needed, recruit you at a moments notice. They will know you have been properly prepared for this work.

How Do I Get my Digital Badge? If you have already taken the MRA training in 2022 or later, you only need to take a free, online 45 minute EAP CIR Ethics course. Once completed, your badge will be sent to you. To start, contact RDA to verify completing MRA and receive access to the Ethics training.

If you are in private practice, or joining response networks, your visible badge lets prospective EAPs know you are qualified.

Trained by Robert Intveld, LCSW CEAP, Designated EAP professional(s) will have access to MRA content to provide their own in-house and network trainings.
